Mary Ann Espinosa, Owner of Los Caminos de Don Chucho in Oakhurst created this delicious summer cocktail using the fresh Jersey blueberries that are now in season.  A nice twist to the classic frozen margarita, Mary Ann also likes to mix margaritas with fresh Jersey strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

• ½ cup fresh Jersey blueberries
  
• 2 oz. Triple Sec                                                    
• 4 oz. good Tequila
  
• 1 cup Sour Mix
  
• 3 cups ice cubes
  
• Lime as garnish (optional)
  

In a blender, blend fresh blueberries with a dash of Sour Mix until smooth.  Add remaining ingredients and blend until all ice is crushed and consistency is smooth and frothy.  Serve immediately in your favorite margarita glasses.  Makes 4 servings.
