Most Creative Dinner Menus in Monmouth County |

As
a publisher and frequent diner in Monmouth County, NJ, I have the
luxury of visiting higher-end restaurants on a regular basis. The fact
is, it's hard to differentiate what makes one of these restaurants
"better" than another since so many of them choose to offer relatively
standardized menus.
With that in mind, I will offer you three of
my favorite and extremely creative Monmouth County Menus that will
impress even the most discerning diner.
#1. Brandl New American
in Belmar, NJ - Tucked away in a small shopping plaza in downtown
Belmar is a restaurant the features luxurious and innovative menu items
that exemplify culinary creativity. Utilizing exotic ingredients like
Wild Boar Chops, Caviar, Fois Gras and Truffles, Chef and owner Chris
Brandl crafts delicious dishes that you will never find on another
menu. Entrees start around $20+ (which is incredibly reasonable for
this cuisine) and the menu invites epicurean's to bring their best
bottles of wine to compliment the meal.
#2. Yumi Neo Asian
Cuisine in Sea Bright, NJ - What a find! The menu is off-the-wall
interesting and the seafood ingredients are the freshest you'll find.
Live Scallops, O Toro Tuna, and other impossible to find ingredients
are masterfully transformed into dishes beyond your imagination. Visit
them for Sushi or there completely cooked entrees that will appeal to
anyone in your group.
#3. Cask 591 in Long Branch - Formerly
the famous Joe & Maggies, but now under new ownership, they have
developed a menu that clearly sets them appart from the competition.
Using familiar combinations as a platform, they revolutionize the
preparation and create inspirational renditions that will inspire your
taste budds. Sticky Garlic Beef Ribs are their answer to Barbebcue.
Deconstructed Seafood Chowder is in a class by itself and their veal
porterhouse steak with port and fondue is amazing. This place will not
disappoint.
